Notice of Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Report
for Diablo Water District Well Project
Diablo Water District has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) to identify and address any significant consequences to the environment as a result of the construction and operation of the Phase 2 and future Phase 3 Well Utilization Project. The report, required by the California Environmental Quality Act, determines how the physical conditions that exist within the area might be affected by the proposed project and makes recommendations to avoid or minimize adverse impacts.
The report is available beginning on August 15th at the following locations:

The public comment period will close on October 3 at 5:00 p.m.
