Managing your monthly expenses just got easier! Budget Billing simplifies your monthly expenses by providing a consistent payment based on your average annual usage, eliminating seasonal fluctuations.

Qualification & Enrollment:
- Budget Billing is available to residential customers only.
- Must have a history of on-time, full payments and not be on a payment plan.
- Pay the exact Budget Billing amount on time—late or partial payments may result in unenrollment.
To enroll in Budget Billing, customers must remain signed up for leak alerts.
Since Budget Billing averages your payments, a hidden leak may go unnoticed. Leak alerts help detect leaks and prevent surprise bills.
Note: Overpayments will be applied to your balance but won’t change your monthly amount.
Budget Billing is updated in June and December to ensure accurate payments.

Unenroll at any time!
You can cancel Budget Billing at any time. Enrollment will also be automatically discontinued if you disconnect water service or have outstanding or partial payments.
Leaving the Budget Billing program? Your remaining balance will be calculated, added to your next bill, and due in full.
