Diablo Water District offers income-based discounts of 25% and 50% on the monthly service charge. Qualifying applicants must meet the below income guidelines and provide proof of participation in a qualifying program.

Eligibility Guidelines

• The person qualifying for the discount must be the account holder
• You must live at the address to which the discount applies
• You must notify the District if your household no longer qualifies for the discount
• You must renew your eligibility every three years

Note: Proof of participation in qualifying programs is required at the time of application. For the 50% discount, proof of income, such as paystubs, most recent tax returns, or equivalent proof, is also required. You will be able to upload these items during the application process.
